Healthcare Triangle Inc. (NASDAQ: HCTI) announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Niyama Healthcare, Inc. and Ezovion Software Solutions on June 16, 2025. The acquisitions are part of the company’s broader strategy to strengthen its position in the healthcare information technology sector.

Niyama Healthcare is known for its work in delivering advanced digital health platforms, including tools that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to improve clinical and operational outcomes for healthcare providers. Ezovion Software Solutions focuses on providing cloud-based hospital information management systems (HIMS), enabling seamless operations across departments, improving patient engagement, and enhancing data integration.

The strategic acquisition is expected to expand Healthcare Triangle’s cloud-based healthcare solutions, while also bringing in a broader client base and new technological capabilities. According to company executives, this move aligns with Healthcare Triangle’s mission to provide secure and scalable IT services for hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.

“The integration of Niyama and Ezovion into our operations will significantly enhance our service offerings in AI-driven patient care and hospital automation,” said Suresh Venkatachari, CEO of Healthcare Triangle. “Together, we aim to accelerate the digital transformation of healthcare systems in the U.S. and globally.”

The financial terms of the deals were not disclosed. However, Healthcare Triangle indicated the transactions were funded through a combination of cash and equity.

Industry analysts note that these acquisitions are likely to position Healthcare Triangle more competitively in an increasingly digitized healthcare market, where interoperability, data security, and real-time analytics are becoming essential for providers and patients alike.
