Efficacy and Safety of Low-Dose IL-2 as an Add-On Therapy to Riluzole in Treating Motor Neurone Disease

A phase 2b clinical trial showed that low-dose IL-2 added to riluzole is safe and effective in treating motor neurone disease. The trial was funded by several organizations including the European Commission and the French Health Ministry.
