Tesla has initiated internal testing of its autonomous ride-hailing service among employees in Austin, Texas, and the San Francisco Bay Area. The move is part of the company’s preparations for the official launch of its long-anticipated robotaxi service.
The testing phase allows the company to gather operational data and address any necessary adjustments before a broader public rollout.
