Hollywood Studios Accuse Midjourney of Mass Copyright Infringement

Several major Hollywood studios have jointly accused artificial intelligence firm Midjourney of mass copyright infringement, claiming the company’s AI-powered image generator unlawfully uses copyrighted content to produce visual outputs. The studios argue that the tool has been built using databases filled with unauthorized copies of creative works, leading to widespread plagiarism.

The allegations center on how Midjourney’s software generates highly detailed and realistic images based on user prompts.
