Airbnb Launches AI-Powered Customer Service Bot in the U.S.

Airbnb has initiated the rollout of a new AI-powered customer service bot in the United States, according to an announcement by CEO Brian Chesky during the company’s first-quarter earnings conference.

The AI chatbot is designed to streamline and improve Airbnb’s customer support experience by providing quicker, more accurate responses to user inquiries. The move is part of a broader push by the company to leverage artificial intelligence in enhancing overall platform performance and user satisfaction.

Chesky noted that the introduction of this technology will help Airbnb scale its customer service operations while maintaining a high standard of support. The bot was launched in the U.S. in April and is expected to expand to other global markets in the near future.

This development marks another major step as Airbnb continues to integrate AI tools into its services, following industry trends toward automation and personalized user experiences.
